LyncBio Therapeutics Secures Pre-A+ Financing to Advance Global First-in-human IBD iADC into the Clinic and Accelerate Bispecific Oncology ADC Platform

Jun 24 , 2026

SHANGHAI, China — Jun. 24, 2026 — LyncBio Therapeutics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. ("LyncBio"), a clinical-stage biotechnology company pioneering next-generation antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), today announced the successful completion of a nearly 100 million RMB Pre-A+ financing round. Coming just five months after its previous funding, this round highlights LyncBio's rapid operational execution, marked by the Phase I clinical trial initiation of its lead autoimmune asset and robust validation data from its bispecific oncology ADC platform.

The financing was led by BioTrack Capital, with continued participation from existing investor Apricot Capital. Proceeds from this round will be used to accelerate global multi-center clinical trials for LyncBio’s core pipeline, expand its innovative portfolio across multiple therapeutic areas leveraging its proprietary Zent-iDC™ and Gemini-TDC™ platforms, and further strengthen early-stage strategic pipelines. Prior to this round, LyncBio had successfully secured tens of millions of RMB in a Seed round and nearly 100 million RMB in a Pre-A round, reflecting sustained confidence from the life sciences investment community.

Pipeline Breakthroughs & Dual-Engine Platform Progress

LyncBio’s lead autoimmune candidate, LYNC-101, is being developed for the treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). The asset has officially entered Phase I clinical development in Australia, after having completed in-house development, GMP manufacturing, GLP toxicology studies, and IND submission in China and the US. This milestone positions LYNC-101 as the world's first ADC candidate to complete IND filings in China and the US and implement clinical trials for this specific therapeutic indication.

Concurrently, LyncBio’s Bispecific Oncology ADC platform has delivered highly encouraging preclinical data. By leveraging dual-target synergy and rational design of ADC components, the platform has demonstrated deeper response and a significantly wider therapeutic window, while achieving robust developability. Multiple early-stage programs are on track for pre-clinical candidate (PCC) nomination in the near term. Currently, the company's proprietary Zent-iDC™ and Gemini-TDC™ platforms span multiple therapeutic areas, establishing a highly differentiated strategy:

•           Autoimmune Diseases: Focusing on indications with high unmet needs, including Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) and Multiple Sclerosis (MS).

•           Oncology: Targeting pan-cancer solid tumors and Multiple Myeloma.

Management and Investor Commentary

"We have conducted a thorough evaluation of LyncBio’s technology platforms and pipeline velocity," said Dr. Haoxun Wang, Investment Vice President of BioTrack Capital. "The founders and core team bring deep expertise from global pharma like AbbVie, Pfizer, and Takeda, alongside top-tier domestic organizations like Junshi Biosciences and WuXi AppTec, seamlessly blending global R&D standards with agile translational execution. Furthermore, their autoimmune ADC platform—tailored for efficient targeting and precise immunomodulation—and bispecific oncology ADC platform with synergistic dual-targeting offer highly differentiated approaches to overcoming endocytosis efficiency barriers and managing off-target toxicity. With their first autoimmune asset now in the clinic and the oncology pipeline advancing rapidly, we believe LyncBio is uniquely positioned to become a globally competitive biotech leader. More importantly, the platforms serve as a cornerstone of LyncBio’s R&D strategy that can be extended into multiple new indications across autoimmune diseases and oncology, demonstrating significant expansion potential and long-term value. We look forward to working closely with the team to realize the clinical value of its innovative therapeutics. "

Dr. Wei Ding, Partner of Apricot Capital, added: "As one of LyncBio's earliest investors, we are thrilled to see the company close the latest round of financing swiftly. Since inception, the founding team has demonstrated exceptional execution in building a world-class, innovative ADC platform across both autoimmune diseases and oncology, while rapidly advancing their lead program into the clinic. We look forward to partnering with the new investors to support LyncBio as they accelerate their highly differentiated ADC pipeline through clinical development and bring these breakthrough therapies to patients worldwide.”

"The past half year represent a pivotal transition for LyncBio as we evolved from 'technical feasibility' to ‘pipeline assets,'" said Dr. Cexiong Fu, Founder and CEO of LyncBio. "This financing is not merely a capital injection, but a strategic acceleration triggered by achieving critical milestones. Our efficient launch of the first autoimmune clinical trial, paired with strong preclinical data for our bispecific oncology platform, underscores our platform’s robustness and the trust our investors place in our execution. This funding will directly support the clinical development of our lead autoimmune asset while accelerating the expansion of our core platforms and early-stage pipeline. Our near-term objective remains clear: to transition laboratory innovation into clinical proof-of-concept. Long-term, we are committed to pioneering core technological innovations that deliver highly targeted, durable therapeutic options for patients worldwide."
